I went from tired (so very tired) with out-of-control diabetes to a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is so healthy my doctors give me stickers (for real). Nope. This isn't a diet. I do all the heavy nutritional lifting for you, and you, my friend, just eat and see if you don't start feeling a little pep in your step. I do have a super easy system (with no counting) I created just for you, if you are into that sort of thing.
When I started out, I couldn't make spaghetti from a box and jar. If you feel me on this, rest assured that I have made this as easy as possible. If you aren't afraid to pick up a kitchen knife, use a blender, and maybe an oven, you're good. If you do want to learn more, I am here for that, too.
You don't feel comfy with that aforementioned kitchen knife? Let me know kitchen stuff is a no-go, and I've got your back. We can do this no-chopping, no-appliance-but-a-microwave style. No problem.
